Ethiopia, being the birthplace of coffee, produces some of the most interesting coffee in the world, and are known especially for producing some of the best natural processed coffees in the world. Grown in the southern province of Sidama, which includes the microregions of Guji and Yirgacheffe, this coffee boasts citrus and fruity overtones layered with rich chocolate and pistachio undertones and playful, bouncy acidity.
