Whether baking scones, seasoning a stock, dressing a salad or frosting a cupcake, at Water Street we take our food seriously. Our food is made from scratch using raw ingredients in our local commissary kitchen. We source only the best ingredients and hand make each item. We love sharing these snacks and treats with our café customers each and every day. Often we receive requests from customers who would like to share our coffee, snacks, breakfast items, sandwiches and treats with their friends, family and co-workers. To make that easier, we now have an online portal to place group orders.
If you’re looking for a delicious solution for your next breakfast meeting, luncheon, family gathering or dessert spread, consider our offerings.
We are happy to accommodate vegans, vegetarians and other dietary restrictions.

-All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.
Cancellation Policy
-With more than 48 hours, we can offer most orders a full refund.
-24-48 hours notice orders are eligible for a 50% refund.

To order our ingredients fresh and hand make each item specially for your event, we need 48 hours notice.
At this time we do not offer delivery or set up services.
All items can be picked up at our Harrison Cafe location at 527 Harrison St. Kalamazoo, MI 49007 during business hours.
Menus change seasonally, and we only keep ingredients on hand that we’re using for the season. At this time we cannot accommodate off-menu orders. If your event or gathering is several months away, the current menu may not represent the items that will be available at the time of your event.
Every menu item you add to the cart has the option to include special instructions. We will always do our best to honor your requests. You will be contacted directly if your special instructions require clarification or an additional fee.
Absolutely! Remember for each dollar spent, you will receive 3 loyalty points. You may also use accrued points to apply your loyalty discounts to your orders.
