Ethiopia Guji Washed
Ethiopia Guji Washed

Guji, a beautifully forested growing region in southern Ethiopia, was considered part of the Sidama region prior to the early 2000s, but has since established itself as its own region with unique characteristics. Almost all coffee grown in this region comes from high altitude small coffee gardens with rich red soil, setting this coffee apart from the surrounding regions. Coffee is grown by smallholders and then delivered to central washing stations, where it is processed and sorted together. This region is known for its rich fruit flavors, particularly blueberry, deep chocolates, and light florals.
