This micro-lot comes to us from Roger Dominquez, a small-holder farmer who owns several mid-size farms in the La Paz, Marcala region of Honduras. This region is famous for its coffee production, as its high elevation and cool temperatures make it ideal for the development of sugars within the coffee. Coffee from this region is known for their high fruity sweetness and flavors of peach and berry. This naturally processed lot accentuates these properties, resulting in a complex cup with notes of raspberry jam, cloves, and cocoa.
