This particular coffee is grown in the Djimma region of Ethiopia at altitudes over 2,000 meters above sea level using sustainable practices and good working conditions for the workers. The high altitudes, as well as the nitrogen rich soil, contribute to excellent growing conditions for specialty coffee.
