Coffee Shop Specialist
Water Street Coffee is looking for two Coffee Shop Specialists. One position at our Ascension location and one at our Bronson location. This is a full time position.
The Coffee Shop Specialist excels at barista tasks and leads by example. The Supervisor is the right hand to their General Manager, assisting with training, troubleshooting and inventory orders.
Essential job functions include providing superior service by building professional, friendly rapport with customers, completing all assigned checklists, inventories, orders, reconciliations, side work and cleaning duties and conducting all levels of barista training. This position will also be “on call” for multiple café locations.
Pay: $14 - $18 per hour
