Water Street Coffee is seeking a well-rounded, experienced professional from the food and beverage industry. This full time, salaried position oversees our shop management team, ensures exemplary customer service and quality control at all levels and evolves our in-house employee education program. Experience with a diverse customer and employee base is essential. 

This fun, fast-paced dynamic position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in customer service.  Attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self start are necessary.  A passion for coffee and a high level of commitment to company culture is required.  Scheduling flexibility is required; work responsibilities may include some weekend work and some on-call responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ year of coffee shop or restaurant supervisory experience
• Certified Food Safety Manager
• TIPS or Alcohol Server Certified

Pay is $50,000 - $55,000 annually and commensurate with relevant experience. Benefits include company discounts, paid time off, 401K retirement plan, and health, vision, and dental insurance.
