Water Street Coffee is seeking a well-rounded, experienced professional from the food and beverage industry. This full-time position manages daily operations in our cafes, ensures quality control at all levels and evolves our in-house employee education program. Experience with a diverse customer and employee base is essential.

This fun, fast-paced dynamic position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in customer service. Attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self start are necessary. A passion for coffee and a high level of commitment to company culture is required. Scheduling flexibility is required; work responsibilities include some weekend work and on-call responsibilities.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour commensurate with relevant experience
