Bourbon Maple Syrup Barrel-Aged Peru – Fusion
Get in the mood for cooler weather with this fusion of Maple Syrup, Bourbon, and Coffee. We started with a Bourbon barrel procured from Blis Gourmet, who had aged their signature Bourbon Maple Syrup, and we added green coffee beans from Peru. The result is a perfectly balanced cup with notes of maple, caramel apple, and oak mixing with the boozy fragrance of Bourbon.
