Bali Blue Moon

Bali Blue Moon

Grown in the Kintamani Highlands, the Bali Blue Moon is wet hulled and patio dried. This coffee has a juicy body and a gentle tangy acidity. Hints of milk chocolate and roasted chestnuts make it the ideal breakfast coffee.
The progression of coffee cultivation in Bali was halted in 1963 due to a volcanic eruption. The government enacted a growing campaign by distributing coffee seedlings to farmers. Currently, the farming structure is called Subak Abian. There are 13 Subak Abians overseeing growth and technology use in Bali.
