In celebration of our 30th anniversary as a company, we have blended up something special to share with our customers. What started as a central gathering place for our community in downtown Kalamazoo has since grown to include a scratch-kitchen, a roasting facility where our coffee is roasted fresh daily, and six cafes (and counting!). The original Water Street Coffee Joint opened in 1993 in the restored shell of a vacant gas station on the corner of Water Street and Kalamazoo Ave. Just like our history, this blend is both layered and well-balanced, taking something familiar and breathing new life into it. 

In the cup, this coffee starts out sweet and soft, with slight hints of orange and milk chocolate. As the coffee cools, notes of stone fruit and walnut begin to shine through, with the increasingly complex sweetness of marshmallow and candied walnuts, making an incredibly easy to drink cup of coffee.
